The name of the ministry,
The Many Faces of Love, was placed on my heart in 2008. For the next two years, I wrestled with exactly what that meant. I repeatedly asked, “Who are the Many Faces of Love, Lord?” I knew it was women, but what did it mean? Was it all the “faces of love” each of us wear in our lives as mothers, daughters, sisters, wives, employees/employers, servant, teacher…? The list was endless! As I began writing, I hit a wall. This isn’t about ME…it’s about all women! The vision began to crystallize when I heard a tragic story about a young mother, who was going about her day, being a mom, and lost her young child in a tragic accident. Her life changed forever that day. She was an ordinary woman, with an extraordinary story. We all have stories.
Women are relationally designed, often caught up in the busyness of life, often becoming lonely, despite the presence of friends and family surrounding us. The enemy cunningly works to keep women isolated, telling us lies such as… “you aren’t important,” or “why do you think you’re good enough to be used for God’s kingdom…with all your flaws?” Well I’m here to tell you…you are worthy, you are beautifully and wonderfully made in the image of God and it’s time you step into your story and fulfill God’s purpose for your life.
The Many Faces of Love invites you to
Celebrate and step into your story as you share with other women in a safe and loving place.
Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. – Psalm 139:16
Board of Directors

Sandy Minardi
Executive Director/FounderSandy Minardi, like many people, took a personality test once upon a time. The test confirmed what she knew all along – she loves people and loves to network and help people connect. Sandy is an
author, speaker and the Founder and Executive Director of The Many Faces of Love, which is a women’s ministry, providing women the opportunity to connect with one another, but more importantly connect on a deeper level with our Lord Jesus Christ. She authored the event workbooks “Celebrate Your Story” and “Will The Real You Please Stand Up” and released her first book, “Unmasking the Many Faces of Love”, November of 2017. A second book, which is an anthology of women’s stories is already in the works. Prior to launching The Many Faces of Love Inc. as a full-time ministry, Sandy worked for Congressman Jim Bridenstine in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Before her work in the Congressional Office, she had 30 years of business experience in sales, marketing, advertising and event planning, earning numerous awards throughout her career. Sandy serves on the John 3:16 Mission board and is an active member of the Christian Motorcycle Association, with her husband, Joe. She is a licensed minister. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism Advertising from the University of Oklahoma. Sandy currently resides in the Grand Lake area of Northeast Oklahoma.

Gina Hoffman
President
Gina Hoffman joined the Many Faces of Love Board of Directors in December 2017, shortly after an experience at a Walk to Emmaus retreat. During that retreat, she received a word, “Preparation”. She received the word with the understanding that her gifts of mercy, compassion, and listening had been used to prepare her for the position on the Board. These gifts are also in use as a volunteer at The Day Center for the Homeless and Iron Gate; as well, as a Stephen Minister within the community and in her job with Edward Jones. All of that, along with her involvement with Many Faces of Love, prepared her to accept what God had allowed; the diagnosis of breast cancer in 2018, with patient endurance and perseverance. And all during her cancer journey she proclaimed the promise of Gen 50:20 and that there is “Glory at Stake Here”. That Glory journey lead her to join the leadership team of Project31, an OK based Breast Cancer Support Group. Her desire to walk alongside other women who are in need and offer compassion and a listening ear – to be their stretcher bearer, continues to overflow her heart. In 2013, Gina and her husband Jerry united their families and together they have 2 sons and daughters in love, 1 daughter and son in love, 1 son in the Navy, 2 lively grandsons and 1 spunky granddaughter. They are both active within their church home, Evergreen Baptist Church and refer to their home in the country as “Restoration Acres”. One of God’s promises she has seen fulfilled and clings to still, “I will restore to you the years of the swarming locusts” Joel 2:25.

Joe Minardi
Board Member
Joe Minardi joined the Many Faces of Love Board of Directors in June 2019. Joe’s ability to quickly assess and get to the heart of the issue and evaluate profitability are valuable strengths. His gifts added a much-needed talent to the board. Joe owned and operated several businesses throughout his career, before recently retiring. Most recently, Joe owned Scelta Windows. He successfully rebranded his business model from general residential remodeling to specializing in windows and siding, before selling the company. Prior to his multiple business ventures, Joe was a sales manager for AMRE, which specialized in exterior remodeling. His ability to organize, train sales staff, and produce profitable operations led him to opening and operating several sales offices throughout the United States.
Joe has an incredible testimony. It’s that story that caused him to become a fully devoted follower of Christ. He is passionate about motorcycle ministry and leading the lost to Christ. He was President and Vice-President of the Iron Horse Soldiers chapter of Christian Motorcyclists Association (CMA). Today, semi-retired, he and his wife, Sandy, live in the Grand Lake area in Northeast Oklahoma. Together, they have 4 children and 6 grandchildren. When he’s not riding his motorcycle or attending family events, you will find him fishing… his new passion during retirement.
